What this workshop is all about.

Our Only the Goodness workshop is only the good stuff, and nothing else. Zero fluff, this workshop is all about the practical how to's of shooting well and getting your business humming along. You'll be sure to get just the goods. We will sit down together and dive deep into the business strategies we have used over the last years to book weddings throughout NZ, Australia and around the world. We will then work through our shooting philosophy, learning to see light in new ways. We will then head out for an incredible styled bridal shoot with a real couple. The course is designed to give you the tools to create better work and book better weddings.

What the day includes:

4 Hours of presentation, teaching, discussion and one on one time
2 Hour Photo Shoot
A delicious catered lunch will be provided
Topics covered include:
Business: creating a tight business and efficient workflow, website strategy, social media, advertising, seo, client meeting, pricing, contracts, gear and much more.
Shooting: How to create powerful and meaningful images for your couples. Philosophy, light, location, working with couples, tips and tricks and much more.
There will be time throughout to work with you one on one to answer questions, look at your websites and discuss your wedding photography business.
The day includes a bridal styled shoot designed to let you see James and Cam in action and implement new techniques and thought processes. You will also be able to use the images to build your portfolio.

Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is for photographers who are 1-3 years into business or for photographers looking to get into weddings. Basic camera knowledge is assumed.

Your camera and lenses. That's all. We will have notebooks and pens, as well as some camera gear available for you to test and try during the photoshoot.
